Dreamcode Solutions is a Malaysia-based AI agency and software house founded by Tony Voon. We build AI systems, automation, and custom software for businesses with operational problems that standard tools cannot solve well.

Why Dreamcode exists
Most businesses do not begin with a neat software specification. They begin with a recurring problem: staff copying information between systems, approvals disappearing into message threads, a spreadsheet carrying more responsibility than it should, or a generic product that almost fits.
These problems are easy to misdiagnose. A request for an AI chatbot may really be a broken support process. A request for custom software may only need two existing systems connected. Another workflow may genuinely require software built around its own rules, permissions, and exceptions.
Dreamcode exists to make that distinction early. We study how the operation works before deciding what to build. Sometimes the answer is AI. Sometimes it is ordinary automation, an integration, or a focused piece of custom software. Sometimes the right advice is to improve the process first.
Led by the person responsible for the technical decisions
Tony Voon founded Dreamcode and leads its technical delivery. Every project receives CTO-led oversight across architecture, implementation decisions, review, and handover.
That matters because early decisions shape the cost and reliability of everything that follows. A quick integration still needs clear ownership and failure handling. A useful AI feature needs boundaries and a review path. A simple interface may sit on top of complicated permissions or business rules.
Dreamcode keeps those decisions in the same conversation as the business problem. Clients can discuss feasibility, trade-offs, and future maintenance with the person responsible for the technical direction of the work.

The people who know the operation test the system against real examples while weak assumptions can still be corrected.

We document the system, prepare its operators, and clarify maintenance responsibilities.

Our selected work covers food and beverage, shared workspaces, automotive workshops, transport, customer service, and smart infrastructure.
The public portfolio includes a coffee-ordering system spanning pre-orders, loyalty, payments, and POS or kiosk integration; a shared-workspace platform for bookings, events, registration, and payments; an assisted tyre-workshop workflow that interprets multilingual messages and prepares invoice drafts for review; and a transport ticketing platform with online booking, QR boarding passes, multiple operators, and live schedules.
